Before I went back to work, Mom, Hilary and Andi came up and we all went to the zoo. It was another nice day in January, about 70 degrees and we had a lot of fun!

She kept telling me she wanted to go on the slide and the ropes. Even though I told her there wasn't a slide at the zoo, she insisted there was. I finally asked a worker, and he pointed me in the direction. Sure enough, she was right! My friends, Heather and Steve, had taken Taylor to the zoo with their daughter while Leah was in the hospital and she remembered it from their trip.
We went for ice cream after we left the zoo. Taylor had a wonderful day and it was good for me to get out of the house. Plus, spending time with my mom, sister and niece is always fun!
