BamaJam 2012 and Taylor's fun

Pepsi is the title sponsor of BamaJam in Enterprise, AL. Adam had to be down there on Thursday to meet and greet customers, etc. He was able to get Wes, Amber and me some tickets for Saturday night. We headed down and had a great time! Although, we were up a little late. I think I'm too old to stay up until 1:00am!

Shot of the crowd...crazy!
We also got to meet Uncle Kracker and Sheryl Crow. On Friday, Adam got to meet NEEDTOBREATHE. (And by meet, I mean get our picture taken.)

Here are some pictures of the concert.

Kid Rock's opening
Mama Donna and Papa Rex kept Taylor while we were gone. On Friday night, after Taylor helped Hilary fix her hair, they went to dinner at Moe's BBQ and then took Taylor to her first movie, Madagascar 3!

Hilary is VERY tenderheaded, so this is LOVE!

Then, on Saturday, they went to Jeremiah's 1st birthday party! So far, I don't have any pictures from it, but here are pictures from Saturday night.

Mickey tattoo on her belly. Mama Donna didn't want it to show at church the next day.
Stickers, stickers everywhere!
Such a good cookie, Aunt Hehe!
Then, it was time for a bath with unintentional bubbles! Mom turned the jets on and out came bubbles! Two of the jets were turned up and not into the water. Mom and Hilary apparently got soaked, and Taylor thought it was all hilarious!

Taylor likes that funky straw!

It was a great weekend, although a little exhausting for all of us. I think we're all still recovering!

Pictures I love

Out for one of our evening walks, Taylor wanted to wear her Dora dress. So cute!

Happy Birthday Josh!

A couple of weeks ago, Hilary threw a surprise party to celebrate Josh's 30th birthday! We all went out to Lake Lurleen and had fun for a few hours. It was overcast and a little cooler, which was nice. Here's some pictures from the day...

Stallings even got to come!

Beach Trip #2

The first weekend of June, Taylor and I went to the beach with my family. Adam had to "chaperone" a Buffalo Rock trip to Miami.

We got down there on Thursday afternoon and played in the pool. Friday morning looked like it might rain, so we decided to take a bike ride. Here's the gang. Hilary decided to forego the bike riding and rest instead.

Taylor rode in this trailer on the back of Uncle Josh's bike.
Then, after lunch, we headed out to the beach. Taylor had the hook up riding in the wagon out there.

Awesome!

Having so much fun!

Taylor boogie boarded!
And then rested!
Headed back inside.
On the way back inside, Taylor decided she wanted to walk and not ride in the wagon. She ended up tripping over a lip in the concrete and busted her head. Poor baby!

So much blood!
She got better quickly though and enjoyed watching Papa Rex and Uncle Josh grill burgers for dinner.

After dinner, Uncle Josh got her fixed up. For the whole next week, she pitched a huge fit about taking a bath; she didn't want to get her "band-aid" wet because she was afraid it would come off. It was ridiculous! It took both Adam and I to bathe her that week, one to hold her in the tub and the other to wash her down. By the time we were done, she was ready to play in the tub. Geez, she wore us out!

My pretty girl!
Saturday morning we headed to the beach again.

Walking on the beach with Mommy!
After lunch, Uncle Josh took Taylor and Alexis for another bike ride.

Then, we headed to the pool again.

Taylor figured out she LOVED jumping in the pool. She would only try it after she saw another little girl her age jump in.
That night we went out to eat for dinner.

We were trying to get some pictures and Taylor took off running from us. Her shorts were a little big and eventually fell down! It was so funny!

After dinner ice cream.

We went back to the beach and took classic beach pictures.

Taylor was done and wouldn't cooperate, so the girls had fun making faces.
Pregnant Hilary, due August 29th!

We had a great time! I was shocked to watch Taylor play in the sand for HOURS! She usually has a very short attention span. She also enjoyed playing in the pool for hours. It was a great weekend!
